Charlie Sheen, Brooke Mueller File for Divorce

Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller have filed for divorce today ... and TMZ has obtained the divorce papers.



It's a bizarre divorce ... Charlie and Brooke signed a 43-page property settlement document back in May, in which they divided all their assets and agreed on child custody.  According to the document -- obtained by TMZ -- Brooke and Charlie get joint legal custody of their two kids.  Brooke gets primary physical custody and Charlie gets visitation.



Brooke gets $55,000 a month in child support, and according to the doc, "Under no circumstances shall the child support paid by Charlie for Bob and Max be less than the child support paid by Charlie to Denise Richards for Sam and Lola."

Brooke gets cash from several income sources, plus a lump sum parting gift of $757,689.70.

Charlie gets the family house but has to pay Brooke around $1 mil.

Charlie gets to keep his $5.6 $5.45 million watch collection.

In the docs, Charlie lists their date of separation as 12/25/09 -- the day he was arrested in Aspen for a domestic incident involving Brooke.

PEOPLE broke the story that the divorce is being filed today.

The “Adventureland” babe looked cute and casual in a black jacket, skinny jeans, and Converse All Stars as she strolled through the terminal.Earlier in the weekend, Kristen was in Los Angeles to visit her family for Halloween and enjoy some time off.

Miss Stewart and the rest of her vampire and werewolf friends will be hitting the movie set this week to continue production on the two-part finale to the “Twilight Saga” franchise.

Are Kim Kardashian and Kanye West an item? 

The pair have been spotted together several times this week, meeting up for a dinner with pals in Chicago on Tuesday and again for a birthday yachting trip with friends in New York on Thursday.

Even though the two have seen a lot of each other, a Kardashian source pours cold water on the idea the two stars are heating up.

"Kim is just friends with" West, says the source. "There is nothing going on romantically. Kanye and Kim are just friends and have been forever."

Kardashian turned up to support West, 33, at the premiere of his new film Runaway in Chicago. According to reports, the pair hung out at a private dinner afterward. Two days later, West returned the favor and was by Kardashian's side as she celebrated her 30th birthday with friends and family on a yacht in New York on Thursday. 

"She thinks Kanye is a really cool guy," says the source, "but they're friends and only friends."

It's been talked about for months now, and finally Mariah Careyhas come clean: She's pregnant! 

"Yes, we are pregnant. This is true," Carey, 41, said on theToday show Thursday morning as part of a sneak peek at a three-part Access Hollywood interview. "It's been a long journey. It's been tough because I've been trying to hold on to a shred of privacy." 

Husband Nick Cannon, 30, joined the interview to talk about the "absolutely emotional" news, adding, "The greatest gift on earth is a child." 

Carey, who also told of a miscarriage two years ago, would not reveal her due date. She would only say "it's still early" and "expecting is great." Ever-supportive Cannon said of the loss, "It strengthened our relationship so much … she handled it so well."
